Records Inc., who released their third studio LP,. The album was produced by Ed Stasium in Los Angeles and contained the single "How It Is" including Sen Canine of Cypress Hill, for which a video was also shot. During their 1994 trip, the band made a look on the second phase at the Monsters of Rock festival held at Castle Donington.

This was the last Biohazard album with Bobby Hambel, who left due to distinctions with the remainder of the band. Hambel hung out in White Devil, likewise featuring members of the Cro-Mags, before seemingly leaving the music organization entirely.
