European countries are preparing for a summer without US tourists, and their tourist dollars, after the country failed to make an EU list of 14 external countries that will be allowed to visit the bloc from today. France welcomed 5 million US tourists in 2019, while in Italy tourism accounts for 13 percent of GDP.
