Hello Hoppers! Today I find myself in Basel, located on the Rhine River near the borders of France and Germany. Basel is the third most populated city in Switzerland and visited primarily for its urban attractions, such as museums and shopping. It is the culture capital of Switzerland, having the country's highest concentration of museums, nearly 30! Basel is also a major industrial center for the chemical and pharmaceutical industry. Although Basel is German-speaking, well, Swiss German, which is a little different, French is also spoken.
